Obituary for Bonnie Jo Garner
Bonnie Jo Garner, born September 30, 1939 to the late Walter and Josephine Spears, Knoxville, Tennessee; Bonnie went home to glory, June 2, 2022 at her home.
Attended Knoxville College and majored in Business Communications. Retired after 20 years in retail in Cleveland, Ohio.
Bonnie leaves to cherish her memories, loving husband, Joseph Garner, Sr.; children, Joseph Lee (Carmen), George Walter (Leslie), M. Joey (Jennifer) Garner; brothers, Wilmer (Gilda), Walter Lamar (Marilyn); sister, Rose (Charles) Turner; grandchildren, Kalin (Brittany), Shamicka (Frank) Jones, Christina Garner; great grandchildren, Jalen, Jalia, Chosen, and Hope; many other relatives and friends; to include, Dorothy Mills Brice.
Special thank you to Rev. Christopher Davis, thank you for your loving care and Blount Memorial Hospice.
Family will receive friends, 11:30-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Lomax Temple AME Church; funeral service, 12:30 p.m., Rev. Walter Cross, Presiding, Rev. Dr. Walter Spears, Eulogist.

Sorry to hear the passing of Bonnie have known family a long time. Bonnie was a very sweet lady she would always smile when we saw each other. Praying for her husband Joe and sons plus rest of family she will be missed.
