Obituary for Cecil Lee Parson
On December 20, 2022, Cecil Lee Parson, loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother, passed away peacefully in Knoxville, TN at the age of 66 years old.
Cecil is survived by his loving wife Linda of 23 years. His children Nichole Parson, Carlos Chandler (Gwenn Moore}, Deanna Moore (Rex Moore) and Demarcus Howell (Elizabeth Howell). Grand Children Slimons Graves, Tierra Chandler, Montez Graves, Davida Beal, Davionta Beal, Renek Howell, Demarcus Howell, Jr., and ChanellMoore. Great Grand Children Dayunnie Bobo, Trinia Bobo and Nyla Williamson. Brothers and sisters Francis Pegues, Leslie Key, Pamela Jean Ross (Robert), Johnny Lee Parson, Carolyn Bishop (Henry), Barbara Parson, Teresa Leach (Michael), Jacqueline Bass (Terry), Clarence Bailey and Ricky Bailey (Verna).
Cecil was a generous, light hearted and compassionate man who loved being with his family, coaching youth football, basketball and baseball. He was an avid UT football fan and loved watching Westerns on tv. Cecil was always there to help anyone who needed him.
Cecil will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. He will be remembered and held dear to their hearts forever.

Receiving of friends will be held on December 29th, 2022 at 10:30am with services to follow at 11:00am at
