Christopher Arol Gordon (Da Rocko), age 49 of Maryville, formerly from Knoxville, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 6, 2021. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on May 28th 1972. After graduating Baptist High School, He went on to start his business in his love for marketing. Chris enjoyed traveling, and was always open to try new foods, He loved discovering and seeing new things. Chris was gifted in many trades, but he most enjoyed building web sites, and creating digital artwork. Let’s not forget his love for writing music, and singing. Chris was also a very spiritual man who loved Yahweh. Chris was never a stranger to anyone that he met, and he always had a gift for putting a smile on anyone’s face, and laughter into the hearts of all who crossed his path. He could hold a conversation with anyone he came into contact with, but more than anything, anyone could count on Chris, because he was truly reliable, and he was a man of his word. Chris was the true meaning of real and Chris blessed us with knowing what a real friend really was. His warm smile and laughter, his love to debate life, spirituality, Egypt, the unknown, history or politics, his comedic ways, his loving ear he would lend for those who needed someone to talk to, his caring advice, loyalty, love and encouragement, and his kindness will forever be missed, but will not be forgotten.

Christopher is preceded in death by his Grandparents Mabel and Charles Jackson.

Chris is lovingly survived by his parents; James W. Gordon Jr. and Carol Jackson Gordon, wife and business partner; Michelle Wilson- Gordon, his beloved daughters; Deh’Leliah Gordon, Brandy Gordon and Candy Gordon; sons; Jermaine Gordon, Anthony D. Gordon, Darreus Gordon, Dominique Gordon, and Dante-Booth, siblings; James W. Gordon 3rd( Deanna), Rauf Muhammad, Cherry McMahan(Steve),Aisha Cates, Regina Harrison(Bruce),Jamekia Hargrove, Christie Gordon, James L. Gordon, Josiah Gordon, Contonia Wright(Quentin), and 12 beautiful grandchildren, a host of other relatives and loved ones too many to name.
