DOCTOR MCKINLEY DILLINGHAM
Doctor McKinley Dillingham, age 87, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2022, at his home in Chicago. McKinley was born, June 25, 1934, in Richmond, Kentucky to the late Walker Dillingham and Annie Walker. He was the youngest of eight children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Annie Dillingham; wife, Mary Ella (Fris) Dillingham; brothers, Marfield Dillingham, Robert Dillingham, Sr.; sisters, Mattie Houser, Charlene Wright, Dorothy Dillingham, Beaulah Farris, and Lillian Parham; mother-in-law, Jessie M. Lewis.
Survived by loving and devoted son, Dr. Ronn L. Gibbs Sr., Smyrna, GA.; grandson, Ronney L. Gibbs, Jr. (LaTayna), Frisco , TX.; brother- in- law, Dr. James W. Lewis (Joanna), Philadelphia, PA.; sisters- in- law, Dr. Aldorothy L. Wright, Nashville, TN., Brenda Peel, Fulton, GA.; nephews and nieces; Joseph Houser, Jomas Houser, Jerry Houser, Pernell Parham, all of Ohio, Robert Dillingham, Jr., West Palm Beach, FL., Linda Lindsey, Marlene Wright, both of Ohio, Danita Parham Houston, TX., Joseph Michael (Tram) Fulton, GA., Janice Strong (William), Dr. Sandra Hicks, Paula Wilkins, each of Knoxville, TN., Terry Yette (Cynthia), Chicago, IL., Stephen Wright (Cynthia), Nashville, TN., Dr. William B. Lewis, Berkeley, CA., Dana Dudley (Kenneth), Washington, D.C.; devoted mother of grandson, Cynthia Jones (Curtis), Yorktown, VA., and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends, 12:30- 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2022 at Jarnigan’s Mortuary; 1:00 p.m., Words of Comfort, Rev. Dr. Johnnie W. Skinner.
