Joqualian Terrell “Joe” Lee Bullock transitioned to his heavenly home, March 11, 2022 in Athens, GA at the age of 27. Born March 13, 1994 in Flint, MI.
He is survived by father, Joe Bullock, mother, Eureka Bennett Tapp; brother, Jaycob Bullock and sister, Jewell Rowsey; grandparents, Vern Johnson, Roylene Bennett and Cora Kemp.
Family will receive friends, 2:30 – 3:30p.m., Memorial Services to follow Friday, March 25, 2022 at Foster Chapel Baptist Church, 4012 Oakland Dr. Knoxville, TN, Rev. Steve Simpson, officiating.

Long live joe was a really good friend I remember coming over to his house playing video games and also us playing basketball thanks for your service joe you’ll be missed

The best thing about Joe was his soul. It smiled through him bright. It was so warm it brought everyone around him. Who genuinely loved him. I will dearly miss my friend. Sending my condolences to the family and his mother. Lord be with them doing this time.
I can’t believe I’m writing this Joe. Where do I being we had so many stories. You were my middle school crush turned best friend you were always there when I needed you. My heart is with your mom right now I love her I wish I could do more for her. I really can’t believe your not here with us thank you love for your service hug desheena for me.
