Daniel Moon

Daniel Maurice Moon departed this life March 29, 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating high school, Daniel attended The University of Tennessee, where he met his forever wife, Joletta McCray Moon.

Daniel worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad, which led him and his family to travel all across the country. He was a dedicated member of the AME Zion Church. He will truly be missed 

Daniel is preceded in death by his loving parents June Moon and May Ellen Moon; and sisters, Jaqcueline White and Donna Griffin.

He leaves to treasure his memory, his loving wife, Joletta Moon; brother, Jeffrey Moon; children, Tiana (Geoffrey) Adams, Janna (Camille) Moon, and Donna Moon; grandson, Eli “Baby Baby” Adams; and the family pet, Roscoe, along with a host of extended family and friends.
