DETROIT, MICHIGAN- James Mallory, formerly of Knoxville, TN, passed away, August 19, 2023.

James was a graduate of Austin High School, class of 1949.

Preceded in death by parents, Wilkes Mallory and mother, Jesse; stepmother, Helen Mallory; sister, Bernice Chandler.

Left to cherish his memories, Knoxville relatives, nephew, Wilkes Chandler; cousins, Mallory, Lewis, Terrell and Parks families; longtime friend, Roberta Martin.
