Program proceeding by lifelong partner Carrie Turner, step daughters and nieces and nephews as well as his grand children. Jimmy (Jay) was a caregiver, landscaper. He was a loving person and he knew the Lord. He was a praying man and loving man. He loved his family and flowers. He knew the true meaning of flowers and he smelt them daily. While he was alive, he lived happy and went home happy. More information to come.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 2:30pm - 3:00pm with a life celebration service to immediately follow. Services will be held at Jarnigan and Son Mortuary, located at 2823 Martin Luther King Jr Ave. Knoxville, TN 37914.
