Kadeesha M. Kelsey

Kadeesha M. Kelsey “Deesha” age 38 was born September 20, 1985 of Elizabeth, New Jersey. She entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior Saturday, July 13, 2024. She received Christ at Temple Baptist Church in Powell, TN.

She was a devoted, honest friend who cherished her family, never hesitating to help anyone in need or assisting where and whenever she could.

Preceded in death by father, Kenneth Kelsey Sr., paternal grandfather, David Kelsey, and maternal grandmother, Jannie E. Lyons-Wrancher.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Janayla S. Kelsey and Tamizja R. Jackson; mother, Katherine Wrancher, paternal grandmother, Eula Scott-Kelsey, brother, Antoine Smart, Kenneth Kelsey Jr., and Hassan Wrancher; sisters, Jajuanna Wrancher, Hassannah Wrancher, and Shakeyda and Brea Smart; niece, Sophia Rosario, nephew, Logan Rosario, and a host of other family and friends to include devoted friends, Reshonda McGhee, Sylvena Matress, Dominique Brown, and Danielle O’Brian.

Family will receive friends Friday July 26, 2024 from 11am to 12 pm at Jarnigan &Son Mortuary, 2823 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue Knoxville, TN 37914, with funeral services to follow. Rev. Dr. Harold Middlebrook officiating.
