He was a Air Force Veteran for many years; employed at Serene Manor Nursing Home.
Preceded in death by mother, Cordelia Parker; father, Odis Parker; daughter, Yetta Parker.
Survivors, wife, Steffini Paul Parker; son, Chicitis Parker; devoted sister, Jewell (Robert) Mathews; siblings, Michael Parker, Debra Kay, Shelia; mother-in-law, Caroline Cline; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Open visitation, Tuesday, April 4, 2023 after 2:00 p.m. at Jarnigan’s Chapel
Graveside services, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2023, with Military Honors, Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Gov. John Sevier Hwy.
Family will receive friends, 10:00- 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Jarnigan’s Chapel; funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Pastor Dexter Jordon Jr., Officiating.
