Rayvetta Burris

Dearly Beloved, we regret to announce the early transitioning of Rayvetta Louise Willis Burris (July 20, 1960- Feb. 4, 2025). She leaves behind her only child, Daughter: Cleah Garner (Malta Mire); Mother: Flossie Willis; Sister: Abi Hayes; Nieces: Ayanna Davis and Laura Medunick (Hayes); Nephews: Steven Hayes, Wesley Davis IV, and Isaiah Hayes; as well as many other loved and admired cousins and friends from Ohio, Tennesse, Virginia, and Florida.

She is preceded by eldest Sister: Sheila Davis, Father: Raymond Curtis Willis, and Matriarchs: Josie Lee Lewis & Grace Willis.

May Rayvetta rest in perfect peace with her sister, father, and grandmothers.

At Rayvetta's request she is to be cremated; her Celebration of Life memorial is to be held on her birthday July 20th. Details to be announced at a later date via Knoxville News Sentinel.
