Wilton D. Nicholson

Wilton D. “Nick” Nicholson was born on December 12, 1936 in Knoxville, Tennessee, to the late Floyd Sr. and Carrie Nicholson. He was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend who passed away peacefully on December 31, 2024 at Ohio Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.

Nick was a graduate of Austin High C/O 1955. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Nick was a man of strong Christian values, giving his life to Christ at an early age. He was an active member in the male chorus in his church. His leadership and devotion to his faith, family, and community was evident in all he did.

Nick is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved sisters, Pansy Crowe and Evelyn Banks; and his dear sister-n-law, Patricia Jefferson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, devoted wife, Martha Nicholson; brother, Floyd (Anne) Nicholson; sister, Vivian (William) James; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will dearly miss him. 

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 7, 2025 in Middletown, Ohio. Announcement by Jarnigan & Son Mortuary
