Ricky Bernard Waters, departed this life on March 5, 2022 in Knoxville, TN at the age of 18; born December 15, 2003 in Knoxville, TN to Ricky Waters and Jazzity Parkey.
Ricky was preceded in death by sister, Rickeria Waters.
He is survived by father, Ricky Waters and mother, Jazzity Parkey and sisters, Tadashia, Janashia, and De’Zyree; brother, Khalil Ermyas; grandparents, Samuel Parkey (Lorry), Rhonda Walton, Ricky Love, Sharon (John) Tolbert.
Family will receive friends 11:00am-12:00pm, Wednesday March 16, 2022 at Overcoming Believers Church; funeral service, 12:00pm., Pastor Daryl Arnold Officiating.
