Chaplain Viola W. Robinson Williams passed away, 7 May 2022, at the Cape Coral Hospital in, Cape Coral Florida. Viola was born January 25, 1943, in Knoxville, TN to Bennie and Zephyree Lewis. She had a brother, John Lewis and Viola was a devoted Christian and member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
Viola graduated from East High School, Knoxville, TN, which is now known as, Austin-East High School. After high school Viola would later study chemistry at Knoxville College, where she met and shortly after married Howard Robinson Sr., she moved to Florida in 2019 and became a devoted and founding member of Divine Connection Community Church and staff member of the Archdiocese of Florida – Divine Covenant Fellowship of Churches. Viola later received a degree in Christian Theology and was a ordained Minister and Chaplain; she served as State Chaplain for the State of Florida for the Archdiocese of Florida, Divine Covenant Fellowship of Churches.
Viola is survived by, children from her only true love, Howard Robinson Sr; children, Andrea Whaley, Elizabeth Spicely, Howard Robinson Jr., Giovanni Robinson Sr., Antonnio Robinson, Valeria Robinson-Johnson; sister, Valeria McBee; sons- in- law, Donnie Whaley, and Anthony Johnson; daughter- in- law, Teresa Robinson; uncle, John Bennie Lewis; host of nephews, nieces, grandchildren, Franchesca Rader, Joshua Whaley, Santino Robinson, Princsteinia Robinson, Andre Whaley, Giovanni Robinson Jr, Ashanta Whaley, Gerald Thompson and Nicole Brock; several great-grandchildren.
Viola’s life was her faith in Jesus Christ, loved her children, grandchildren, family, education, reading, and learning new things. She will be dearly missed.

Family will receive friends, 11:00- 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Jarnigan’s Chapel; Celebration of Life, 12:00 p.m., Arch Bishop, Giovanni Robinson, Sr., Officiating.
