WILLIAM EUGENE BRYANT
William Eugene Bryant, of Knoxville, TN, departed this life, June 8, 2021 at Beverly Park Place
and Rehab.
Born to the union of William and Eula Battle Bryant.
William was enlisted in US Air Force; member and Deacon of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Employed at Y-12, Oak Ridge; Pipefitter’s Union; he always put everyone before himself.
He always was willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.
Preceded in death by, wife, Carolyn Ann Davidson Bryant; brother, William “Pookey” Bryant.
Survivors, sons, Chris Bryant, Bro. David Bryant OSB.; brothers, Jackie (Larkee) Bryant, Louis Hubert (Joan) Bryant; sister, Frankie (Herman) Jackson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to include very devoted friend, Betty Byrd.
Body may be viewed, 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Jarnigan’s Chapel.
Family will receive friends, 10:00- 11:00 a.m, Friday, June 11, 2021 at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 2714 Brooks Road, 37914; funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Rev. Dr. Johnnie W. Skinner, Sr., Officiating.
Interment, Berry Highland South Cemetery
