Willie Lee “Jack” Hereford
Willie Lee”Jack” Hereford born October 5,1950 to the late Charlie Hereford and Gladys Saffell. Jack departed to his heavenly home, May 20, 2021. Jack had a heart of gold and always kept a smile.
At a young age Jack enlisted in the Navy and after his discharge he worked for TVA and KUB for many years as well as SEI security.
His hobbies were golf, hunting and cars (Cadillacs) He loved his Cadillacs.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Gladys Saffell and Charlie Hereford; son: Shannon Hereford.
Jack leaves to cherish his memories wife: Marilyn Hereford; daughters: Paula (Maurice) Elliard, India (Wayne) Farmer, Angel (AL) Collins, Leakisha (James ) McCoy and Samina McAfee, sons: Marlon Hereford (Jackie) Waymon (Viola) Petty, James(Arnetta) Bohanan and William (Nikki) Goodwin; devoted brother: Charles Hereford; step brothers and sisters: James, Ervin, Judy, Sweetie, Norma Jean and Faye; aunt: Irene McCartney; uncle: Luther Robinson, 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends too numerous to name.
The family will receive friends, 6:00- 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2021, funeral service, 7:00 p.m. at Eternal Life Harvest Center West Campus.
Interment 10:00 a.m.Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Hwy.
